By purchasing, downloading, installing or otherwise using LocalSite Builder ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download or use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your own devices, and — where included with your purchase — a separate Resell Rights License permitting you to resell the Software to end users under the terms set out in our License Terms page. The License Terms page governs any conflict between it and this general summary.
Access to the Software is granted upon successful payment through our designated payment processor. Prices, packages and included bonuses are as described on the sales page at the time of purchase and may change for future buyers without affecting existing licenses.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software — including its underlying code, templates, and branding — remain the property of LocalSite Builder and its creators, except for rights explicitly transferred under a Resell Rights or other license included with your purchase. Websites you generate using the Software, and the content you add to them (business details, copy, photos), belong to you or your client, as agreed between you.
The Software may reference or integrate with third-party services (for example, hosting providers you choose to publish exported sites to). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet every specific business requirement. Any figures describing potential income from client work or software resale are illustrative examples only and are not a guarantee of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalSite Builder and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in material breach of these Terms, including violations of the Prohibited Use section above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
